Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 11, 2026

This policy covers the K2 Renew landowner pages at app.k2renew.com/ad-legacy, /ad-mission and /ad-proof. It is written in plain English, and it describes what these pages actually do — not what a policy template says they might.

These pages are operated by K2 Renew, 1905 Sherman Street, Suite 200, Denver, Colorado 80203. You can reach us at passiveincome@k2renew.com or (720) 445-8020.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form, plus two things about the visit itself:

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, a Social Security number, a bank account, or a copy of a deed through this form.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you and to look at whether your land is a fit for an energy project. In practice that means a member of our team calls you, and your details are stored in our own database and copied into our customer records system (Pipedrive) so whoever picks up your enquiry can see it.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertising networks. It is shared only with the service providers that make this work — our hosting and database provider, and the customer records system named above — and with anyone we are legally required to give it to.

Calls, texts and emails

When you submit the form, you are asking us to get in touch, and you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your land. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop it at any time: reply STOP to a text, tell whoever calls you, or email passiveincome@k2renew.com. We will not keep contacting you after you have asked us not to, and asking us to stop costs you nothing.

Analytics, cookies and third parties

These pages set no cookies, run no advertising pixel, and load no fonts, stylesheets or scripts from anyone else's servers. Everything the page loads comes from us.

We count page views with Umami, an analytics tool we run ourselves on our own server. It records the page visited, the referring link and a coarse country — it does not set cookies, does not store your IP address, and writes nothing to your browser. When a form is submitted successfully it also records that a lead came in, with the page and campaign but nothing about who you are.

If you arrived from an advertisement on another platform, that platform knows it showed you the ad and that you clicked it. That happens on their side, before you reach us, and is governed by their own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we are working with you and afterwards as part of our business records, unless you ask us to delete it. Analytics counts are aggregate and are not tied to you.

Your choices and your rights

Whoever you are and wherever you live, you can email passiveincome@k2renew.com and ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm it is really you first. Exercising any of these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.

If you live in California, the CCPA gives you those rights along with the right to know the categories of information we collect, where it came from, why we have it, and who we disclose it to — all set out above. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale or sharing for you to opt out of. Residents of other states with comparable privacy laws have equivalent rights, and the same address reaches us.

Children

These pages are meant for adults making decisions about property. They are not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Where we operate

We are based in the United States, these pages are intended for people and property in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed there.

Changes

If we change what we collect or what we do with it, we will change this page and the date at the top of it.
